Terrible experience. I went for three cavities. Every tooth became infected, due to what other dentist's said as possible poor sterilization of tools. I ended up with 2 root canals and am still on antibiotics for infections. I am out over $5K b/c of poor work done by United Dental Group. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I visited United Dental Group in 2009 for a routine checkup and was told that I needed a filling. After the doctor completed the filling I was left with a large gap between my teeth. Beyond the gap causing gum infection, the filling was done so deep that the tooth became very infected. The resulting problems from what should have been a simple filling have cost me thousands and ended up in the tooth being extracted—I DO NOT recommend United Dental Group at all!

the front desk could not handle any billing questions that i had and i was over charged and all they spoke was korean. The work that was done was poor and everytime i went to the office there was always new people.

i have been neglecting the dentist due to my fear and also my job hours. I as delighted to find that United was open after 6pm. I went in for my exam and i was impressed with the care I received. The dentist who was working there was kind and explained my dental needs. I didn't felt that they pushed me in doing something i did not want or need. This was a refreshing experience.

Had my cleaning done here and was impressed with the service. My previous dentist did not take the time to discuss my treatment and was always in a rush. This office the dentist took his time even at 7:30 pm.

I would not ever recommend this office to anyone i am sorry that i ever went there!.

I must say i thought i was going to a state of the art dental office boy was i wrong i am in so much pain now the office staff were horrible to me and they couldent even speak English and i was over charged and they refused to give me my money back.

I would not recommended this office you anyone, my experience was awful.

I must warn you this is the worst dental office i have ever been to there were new people everytime i cam in for a visit even the doctors were new i was spoke to very rudely by the office staff. I was in so much PAIN after being seen also my tooth was way worst after leaving then when i came in.

Great office and customer service. Doctors and assistant extremely patient, understanding and knowledgeable.



Very upscale. If I have to go to the dentist -- this is the type of dentist I want to go to.
