This Cellular Plus’ Service is by far the best!
We travel an hour and a half to come see Ross when we need a new phone. He has always given us the best service and is very knowledgeable of new products and packages.
And when he tells us this is how much more your bill is going to raise he is honest and we don’t get any surprises a month later. We have been a US Cellular customer for over 25 yrs and have been to other officers and it has taken 3 hrs to get a new phone. We stopped in here because the Manager Chad helped us in a Galesburg Office and when he relocated to this office in Washington we followed him. And Ross helped us on our 1st visit here. And will keep going to Ross and this office in the future.

rude, rude, rude! the owner is a greedy A hole. The manager of the pekin and Washington store is a witch but with a B. They buy the cheapest junk chargers and cases they cost the same as a name brand somewhere else. I found the same brand case at the dollar tree for a buck. Canton worker are ok and the only ones I would deal with if I had to.....but they keep getting rid of their best works all the time and hire dumb snotty high school kids.............Thank god I changed to Verizon
