Bought one of their tents and found it had a front door zipper defect (zipper pull not connected before it was sewn together). The company absolutely failed to take any responsibility for the issue, leaving me high and dry as the retailer said I had to deal with the manufacturer given that 30 days had expired. HKD does not warrant their poor workmanship and doesn't care when you call either. DO NOT buy their Ozark Trail nor Northwest Territories tents! Their quality stinks!

I purchased a "cabana" type shelter that was sold as "Commercial Grade". This cabana couldn't weather the first rain storm. Couldn't hold the rain, colapsed in on itself! and after two weeks my purchase of $150.00 is now useless as ..

(I'll spare you my real thoughts. To Make A Long Story Short... It's no longer usable ! I want my money back

I beleive htis company is a bunch of Bull I have been trying to get a hold of them for a few days now and no response via telephone nor email.
