Iam the AT&T that waited on Jen d I was very nice she went to bathroom the man she was with carried the case of Great Lakes Christmas beer out she didn't see what happened I did he picked it up to put in trunk with one hand a 55dollar case of beer is why they put 2 handles in the box Christmas beer is hard to get if it was a common beer miller COORS bud I can exchange it easy not hard to get Christmas beer sorry remember use both handles

Stopped here to pick up a case of expensive Great Lakes Christmas Ale. The store attendant was rude from the moment we walked into the door. Upon leaving, the box ripped and the beer busted open everywhere. Being this was a $55 case of beer, i went back inside to ask if there was anything to do. Any other store I have purchased alcohol in where the case or bag ripped, the store exchanged it. The attendant was very rude and in a nutshell told me it was my problem. I, was extremely nice in asking as well. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would recommend driving right past and finding the next gas station. Extremely rude people that seem to hate life. I am only giving this a one star because i have to in order to submit a review. Otherwise it would be a negative -1.

I think they should take a class on customer service 101, I've never been treated so rudely in my life...:(! They don't even deserve a star. Just go down the road a lot better service

These folk are very rude and it amazes me that they even stay in business. I'll never buy from them again. Go to Cappelies or beer city for better service.

I was home on leave from the US Army and tried to purchase a case of beer from Becks beer. The owner refused to sell me a case of beer because I presented my military ID card. Apparently he discriminates against the military.
