If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been looking for and at houses for quite some time now. I spoke to a realtor who would not show me the house because my realtor would not be coming with me. She was fine taking the entire 6% commission if she represented me, but would not show it if my realtor would not be there. Showing the house is the LEAST of the work in the entire process. I understand the real estate process and have met some great realtors in this business. When I complained to the office manager, he said she was absolutely correct. There's this thing called customer service that this company definitely does not have and I would not recommend them at all.
