Enterprise Rent-A-Car

If I could give lower than a 1 star, I probably would. I called this location last week and reserved a car for today, September 24, 2016. They said, "pick up time 12:00 noon?" I said "sure". I arrive there at 12 noon on the dot to a locked building. I catch the employees outside leaving. I said, "Excuse me sir, do you work here?" He said yes so and I told him I have a 12:00 pick up time. He disappeared around the corner for a few minutes and got back in his car without saying a word. A young girl drives over to me, gets out and she says, "Sorry, I can't help you, we close at noon. I already shut down the computer system." Then tells Me that I can drive to another location that is almost an hour away. REALLY?! YOU COULDN'T GO BACK INSIDE AND GIVE ME THE CAR THAT I RESERVED FOR THE TIME THAT I ARRIVED?! Talk about terrible customer service. Thank you, enterprise of Murtland Ave. for screwing up my already jam packed day. 2 other's arrived right after me, same problem.
