        Overall

        Had 4 tires I owned mounted today. They charged me $100+ for simply mounting the tires. Seems about twice the going rate.

        Ordered parts they said were in stock. Went ti pick them up and they said the part does not exist at Pep Boys. They don't know what they are doing.

        AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

        They replaced my brake line. Left air in the line. Admitted the mechanic never worked on brake lines before. Take your vehicle to Wolfdale garage instead! !!

        I wouldn't take my bicycle to these idiots I made an appointment for Sunday at 2 I got there around 1 sat there til 3 then they said they can't do it today so I made it for the next Sunday at 11 I got there at 9 and they didn't get done with an alignment and oil change until 3 in the afternoon they were very rude and when I got back in my truck there was grease all over the steering wheel and center console I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible

        They were helpful to me when I used tire rack to send my tires here. Tires were on and balanced in an hour. I haven't gone there for other service so I cannot comment.

        Horrible. Horrible. Made an appt Tues to have tires installed on a Friday. Told me the tires were at another location, but they'd be there by Friday when I arrived. They weren't. Took 3 hours to change 4 tires. Manager was unapologetic and rude. When I left, two of the four tires weren't balanced (took it somewhere else the next day). Submitted my rebate for my buy three get one free, and was rejected because I didn't have road hazard protection, which I was never offered. When I went back to buy it, I was told I couldn't because it was only for time-of-purchase only. Never. Go. Back.
