I also was dealing with unprofessional and disrespectful flight instructors. I purchased the Discovery Package as a gift which was supposed to be a flight lesson. It was turned into an airplane ride due to the weather, so be warned that you may be purchasing an airplane ride and not get to fly the airplane. You won't know until the instructor gets you into the air and they also will not discuss it with you or offer you a chance to reschedule even though none of this is stated on their website. Trying to resolve the issue has shown me they have horrible and rude instructors with very disrespectful customer service. I would never send anyone here or have anything to do with them ever again!

i'm a potential customer at flight 101......why do you say that the instructors were disrespectful.....please elaborate........

The flight instructors there were very unprofessional and not respectful to there customers. I will never rent from there again.
