The Christmas arrangement was poor quaility but if that wasnt bad enough their delivery person backed over my mailbox. When I called the business I was treated so rudely and told that their driver denied doing it and they believed them and hung up on me. So I the customer am out a mailbox and left with a bad experince. I guess when they put on their web site " We treat our customers like family" it's just a slogan and it dos'nt mean anything. I would never order or recommend this company.

the staff of carmarlys florist are so very kind and go out of there way to please.

they stayed open late to take my flower order for my mothers casket cover as she died so unexpectedly last january and then opened early so we could have them on time for her funeral which was some distance away from their shop. they did this for us i think because we have been customers for so long but i think they would do it for anyone.

the flowers were beautiful and the roses were the most beautiful pink i have ever seen and the stargazer lilies were so amazing too. it went together with her casket which was kinda mauvey colored and the dress we picked out was her faverite old rose tea gown as she used to call it. they even gave us a little rose corsage to compliment it all and bouttonnierres for the pall bearers at no charge. they are the greatest and always have been. it has taken me a few months to write this as i have been so upset about my moms passing but i am now just getting around to thanking everyone who helped us thru that very trying time.

I ordered my flowers for my wedding here and they were dead! When I went in I talked to Mary and we sat down to picked out the flowers and the size of my bouquet. I picked out a $78 bouquet and the bridesmaids’ were $40. Our wedding was at 5:30 and we told them to be there between 4&4:30. At 5pm they still weren’t there so my uncle went to Kroger (who jumped to their feet to make me a bouquet and they gave him 5 flowers for my bridesmaids’) to get me flowers just in case they didn’t show up. And it was a good thing he did because at 5:20 10mins before the wedding was supposed to start they showed up. They never called or said sorry she was late. I tried to call but no one picked up. When I opened the box I was like “Where’s my bouquet?” I saw they all had tags on them. So I picked one up and it said bride on it. I was the size of a $10 bouquet. And I saw all the other bouquets’ were the SAME size. To top it off they looked dead!!!! Every petal was wilted. And all the groomsmen’ flowers were dead too. It was sooooo bad that the guys didn’t want to wear them so they didn’t. And us girls didn’t walk down the aisle with the bouquets. We used the flowers from KROGER instead.

So on Monday I went in to tell them what happened. The guy said he had to tell the owner. About an hour later she called me and I told her what happened and she had to talk to the driver. Two days later she called me back and told me that she could only refund half one of the flowers (I had three different flowers how would you do that?). Then I asked if she could do something about the bouquets, because they were not the size I picked or paid for. She said no. She began to tell me that the flowers I picked were delicate. But they have a book that has all the prices in them. The picture I picked had the same flowers I wanted. So I loved that bouquet. But I didn’t get that I go a little one that was wilted. So I said they better go though the book and re-price everything. And she still wouldn’t refund my money and so I told her I would NOT refer anyone to them. I see a lot of brides and I will tell them not to go here. She didn’t like that and told me it’s “that’s not Christian of you.” What’s not Christian is not owning up when you do something wrong. She didn’t like that I wouldn’t tell anyone to go there so I’m not getting anything back. Not even I’m Sorry! So I do NOT recommend this florist to anyone!!!

this flower shop did my wedding flowers and they were absolutely stunning.. i just loved them.. they were so radiant and fresh and they arrived before time so i could have a lot of pics taken with them. Mary the bridal consultant is so easy and nice to work with- even tho i kept changing things it never bothered her and she never charged me extra either. and i heard some flower shops charge as much as 25.00 for each and every change. whew i would have been broke
