Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. Bought a hoist for my new pontoon, was told 2 days to complete, took 1 week and weather wasnt an issue. They never showed up half the time. Kids doing the assembly had never done one for a pontoon before. 3 weeks later nuts and bolts are falling off. You better read all these reviews before making a decision. They may have the best price but you will ultimately pay the price later. After this and ongoing issues I would have paid a $1000 more to go with someone else. Did I mention I had to finsh the job because they had no idea how to line up the bunks to my pontoons? Seriously!! When I told the owner I had to finish the job (2 hours worth of work) he never responded to me and obviously didn't care. Terrible customer service!!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in any capacity I have ever dealt with. Do not use this service. Something as simple as getting a boat shrink wrapped became a 2 week adventure with promises that were not kept. If i could give a 1/3 star I would

Very bad service. Do not recomend at all. They installed our dock very unsafe, it colasped, and they did not come back out to replace it. The labor boys. Oh thATS RIGHT (ENGINEERS) were very rude to my wife, and the owner would not follow through)

Horrible service ...does not follow through with work will never use it again or ever recommend to anyone not ever my worst enemy .. Good luck trying to deal with the rude owner
