I was forced to use this ‘company’ by the court. I took my son to see this amateur having previously sent copies of all of my sons background. I also sent him a cheque.
During the interview it was OBVIOUS he had not read any of the information. He also said he had not received a cheque. Days later he ‘found’ the cheque with the information pack he hadn’t read. He, Mr Neumann was rude, dismissive, arrogant and quite abrasive. It is a disgrace that the court continues to force people to see him and get charged for the ‘privilege’.

I find it ironic that nobody other than myself sees nepotism at work here. The man who owns this company is the husband of a court counselor under referee Matis at the Friend of The Court. A conflict of interest does exist here. The majority of child custody cases are referred directly to Impact Services, and continue to be referred even though the court has received numerous complaints. Patti has been reported to be the most unprofessional person in this field. She lacks professionalism, is oblivious to the children's actual needs, and allows exchanges to occur during a supervised visit that would literally make your head spin. How this woman still carries her license within the state is mind boggling.

John is an awful person. He thinks he is GOD and treats everybody very mean. This place should be closed down and he has no professional conduct at all. He is a social worker and tries to act like a Doctor and give advice and recommendations. He tries purposely to make people cry and makes them feel bad. It is the most awful experience you can imagine and why children have to be put through this and be taken to a place like this is just really bad for children.

I agree with all of the reviews. John is a complete jerk. He treated me terribly from the moment I walked into the place, which isn't that great. He is definitely one-sided and usually geared toward the father. I gave John 5 days that were available for me to bring my daughter to Impact, but that wasn't good enough for John. He berated me. He made fun of me. I even stopped in the middle of his "lecture" and asked what his problem was. I will NEVER go to this place again and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Stay Away!

Don't use this service. John Newman is a pathological liar and will lie to your face and stab you in the back. Don't ever trust him. He will keep you coming just to make money off of you. He makes things up to make you look bad. He sits in the corner with his face in the computer and does nothing. He will tell you that your visits are great and then tell others you are screwing up. His reports look like a 5 year old wrote them. Why the court uses this company is ridiculous! There must be a way to alert the courts about his conduct and lies. Stay away!

This is the worst company to send your children too. Be aware! Most are sent here by the court for supervised visits with parents. Trust me they don't supervise anything. Mr. Newman especially has serious issues. And it's not just him, it starts at the top and bleeds through the small company. I found him to be two-faced and a very fake individual very favorable to the man's side. They don't care about the children or the mothers. Refuse to use this company!

This company is ridiculous. Our family was forced to use the company by the court system for supervised parenting time evaluation. They are rude and have no respect for their client's schedules. They are very poor communicators, and even blatently lie about trying to contact you. They just go ahead and schedule a visit for you, and if you are unable to make their chosen date and time, they simply berate and belittle you over the phone, using inappropriate language and displaying a highly unprofessional demeanor. I'm certainly not comfortable sending my children back to this place. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
