Molly came for our annual AC Maintenance. As usual, she was friendly and efficient. It's better to do the annual inspection, than to wait for something to break midseason. Kotz is the best.

He took care of the problem, without trying to get me to have things done that weren't needed. Plus, I called for an appointment around 4:30 in the afternoon...Matt was at my door by 8am the next morning! What company is so accommodating? Kotz Heating, that's who!
When our furnace was on the blink, Kotz moved us up to the front of the list; they did NOT charge us for a service call! How’s that for customer service? Their support staff and technicians have always been first rate.
