        Terrible.



        Ordered a standard item and fabric from the owner, and prepaid. was told the item would be delivered within 30 days. Called after 30 days only to find out that it couldn't be done in the fabric I wanted. Didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call. What a joke... how is this place still in business. I will not be back.



        A phone call an apology and some help getting me what I wanted would've gone a long ways, what happened to customer service?
