If you care about your deceased family members do not use this company to commemorate their passing. They are liars, cheats and thieves. On May 8th, in anticipation of my mothers passing, we met with Laurie, one of the owners, selected a headstone, engraved design and told her we would return to finalize the information when we had it. My mother passed away on May 13th. My father went to the office, signed the contract for the headstone, engraving and the concrete base at the cemetery, paid the bill in full and was told we would have a graphic design to approve in one week. As of July 15th there is still no base or monument on the site. They refuse to return my calls and refuse to answer the calls from my lawyer. No one should have to fight this much to get a monument, that's already been paid for in full, taken care of.
