Beauty Bar

Today I was completely let down. I loved the Beauty Bar stylists and they always did a great job with my cuts/updo's. I haven't had my hair done in 9 months because of a deployment and no babysitter. Finally I was able to get a babysitter to get my hair done to look my best when I pick up my husband on Saturday. I arranged a babysitter for my baby and transportation for my daughter from school. Several people moved their schedules to make sure I could do this. I get a missed call a little after 1 while I was getting my son ready. I went to get in my car and looked at my phone to see a text message cancelling my appointment at 1:40. Who does that? When I called to see what was going on there was no attempt to help get me in. I had the option to sit and wait to see if I could get fit in later that day, or 9am the next morning. Because I had no notice this would happen I am now stuck with 9 month old crappy highlights and split ends like you wouldn't believe. They didn't care. They wouldn't even entertain the idea of bumping someone else who wasn't time sensitive like me. I have never been more dissatisfied/mortified by a business. Needless to say, Beauty Bar is not my salon anymore. Thanks for caring Ladies.... I'm sure if the tables were turned you would want someone to give you more than you gave me.
