I took my children here for their first cleanings. The staff was very friendly and patient. Jody brought the kids back and took their "pictures" and talked to the kids about school and what they were going to dress up as for Halloween. Then Wendy explained everything and let my kids feel the tools so it was not so intimidating. She also explained to me what a cavity looks like on the X-rays so I know there really is a cavity.(sometimes I've wondered if I really needed a filling so it was nice to see)
