Do not hire Jason Poplaski as your lawyer. I hired him to help me with two speeding tickets. He failed to appear and represent me in court, leading to the suspension of my license (due to failure to appear at hearing). He also did not return many of my phone calls and did not keep me updated on the case. I paid him his retaining fee and I had to pay the $70 suspension lift fee due to his lack of representation.
