The design of our house was beautiful and well done. As the home warranty was going to expire, I had to beg Glenn to come out and fix problems. Only after a formal letter and photos of each repair that needed done, did he arrange the repairs. Over the next four years he would come back on two separate occasions to stop the water leaking into the home around the windows. It was not fixed. The third time needs to happen and it's been six messages, two promises broken, and now four days without a return message. Consider the post-build service before hiring
