        Overall

        This business claims to "do their best to make our customers satisfied" That is far from the truth. How else do you explain me taking my vehicle in for a front end noise,spending a considerable amount of money for your services,only to drive away WITH THE EXACT SAME NOISE STILL THERE. Being in business since 1980 doesn't say anything about your customer service. The experience I had with Closs Tire says it all. Bad communicating, bad work ethic, bad place to take your vehicle. Avoid at all costs. Jiffy Lube is just down the street.
