Deangelis Heating & Cooling

I found the two technicians that I dealt with at DeAngelis to be dishonest. The first came out and installed our humidifier incorrectly. He connected the water line to our water supply BEFORE our water softener and water heater, but TOLD ME that he had put it on AFTER the softener and heater as he should have.

The second technician came out to fix the problem and started off by trying to tell me that they put most of their humidifiers on before the softener and it really didn't matter. Another lie in an attempt to avoid a little work. He also implied that the PEX piping in my house was strange and unusual, even though 80%+ of new construction in the last five years has been done with PEX piping. If a company is unable to deal with a certain type of pipe they need to ascertain what piping the home has over the phone, and then refer you to a company who can take care of you.

Is the humidifier now installed correctly? Since there is no trust here, I have no way of knowing.
