I would have given this a five star rating probably if I actually had access to it. My reason for the negative review is this. I live in an area of Haywood County that does not have high speed Internet/DSL service. Therefore, since AT&T is taking it's sweet time and or our county commissioner who oversees the communications availability or, lack of availability deems that the northern part of the county will not get high speed Internet service any time soon, I am NOT eligible for DSL and therefore NOT eligible to use ANY AT&T Wi Fi HOTSPOT ANYWHERE!!!! This in my opinion is a blatant form of discrimination and or denial of service. As a paying AT&T dial-up (slow as it is) customer which also uses AT&T for my home and mobile phone service as well as subscribing to one of their satellite television services I feel that I should have access to these "Hot Spot's" the same as any DSL subscriber. It also ticks me off that I have to pay more for dial-up service than is being charged for basic DSL service these days as well.

I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with out ketchup in the drive thru as
well as another order with it. When I get home the 2 cheeseburgers are regular,
which they did not have grill slips on them, but the receipt did say no ketchup,
I payed on a debit card so I do still have the receipt to prove this. When I
called the store to ask about the inconvenience I spoke to Kelly, the "night
manager" as she refereed to herself, I explained what had happened at which she
hung up on me. I procedeed to take the food back to the store, where Kelly, the
"night manager," laughed at the incident including friends of hers who where
occupying the front counter at this time. Which explains why the food was not
right the first trip. She made no effort to replace the food or refund it. I
payed for a meal that was not ate, she kept the 2 cheeseburgers from before, and
still ended up stopping somewhere else to buy food. Not to mention the gas
prices of taking the 15 min trip each way from my house to go get and return the
food. I am very dissatsifed with the way the "managers" handle situations, and
if she wasn't the manager, which I sincerely doubt she was, where was the actual
managers on duty? I will attempt to contact the store manager in the morning
about the situation, but I feel that I shouldt have to pay for a meal that I did
not receive. This has deffinitly changed my oppinion of how McDonalds is ran as
well as the way I look at the employees and the way they conduct business.
