I’ve only been there once so far for an evaluation but was impressed with the doctor and the staff. The office is very nice with all the latest tech and they seem to really care about their patients.

I had a cracked tooth in severe pain and Dr. Master was able to save my tooth and performed an emergency root canal. She followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was okay and had a follow up visit with her to make sure that everything was good to go. I def recommend them! - Jake C.

Excellent care and exceptional knowledge and bedside care. Dr Masters fit me in at the end of the day and worked on my challenging dental problem til after 7 pm.
Staff was awesome too!! Love this practice!!!

Have to say Dr Master and her staff were absolutely amazing!! They were so accommodating and made me feel at ease! She was very thorough and her staff was so comforting. I had already had a root canal by another endodontist in the area and he had the worst bed side manner ever!! I highly recommend Master Dental for all your root canals!!! Thank you for making a root canal a fun experience!!!

My son is going through so much stress right now that having a tooth problem would be the last thing we need, but when you have a caring person like Dr Master makes everything seems a little easier.

My name is Adam Welsch I was on a budget and all the dentists and Endodontics wanted too much money. My tooth was killing me and Janice met me then next day and fixed my tooth doing a root canal. She was awesome... humble and down to earth she knew I was in a lot of pain and gave me the correct Novocaine to block the pain when she did it. I still have not had any pain with this tooth. Thank you Janice,

I used them for a root canal and they said my bill was $110. Turns out they never sent my claim to insurance and then sent me a bill for $338 for a root canal. I never recieved these bills from the USPS, so they then sent me to collections. I never recieved a call or some sort of courtesy saying "hey by the way, you have a balance with us" Very upset, like most individuals I take pride in my credit, and now because someone is lazy, I have a ding on my credit. Thanks Janice Masters and staff, worst human beings ever!
Toothfairy44 - As you are surely aware, we ARE NOT affiliated with your insurance company and while we try to get you the closest estimate possible (as a courtesy to our patients), we are not responsible for what your insurance company covers or not and on occasion differs from that quoted to us. This is stated very clearly in the financial policy that you sign when you first come in to see us. As for the phone calls, while it is not our policy to call patients with a balance, we DO send at least 6 monthly statements, with the reason for the additional balance(ie. insurance EOB), prior to any submission to collections. In addition, we ONLY submit balances to our collections agency when a patient has failed to contact us after at least 6 attempts to contact them via mail. Should you still have any questions we are ALWAYS willing to discuss your account and show you when and where we submitted these statements as well as the copy of the financial policy you signed (which also states all of this). I pride myself on taking very good care of my patients needs and have been doing so for 20 years. For this reason, I am quite upset that you would make such a harsh review with nothing to be said for the treatment received. However, I welcome the opportunity to help your account in any way that is possible to me should you choose to do so.
