f your looking for a great dermatologist ...this is the place! I am a firm believer that a doctor's staff can make or break a doctor's office. Even when I walked in the office, the receptionist was very pleasant and prompt. I felt very welcomed. Dr. Justin Platzer was very down to earth and very knowledgeable. He was so detailed with his regimen. By far the best dermatologist I have been too. Thank you I see why he is highly recommended.

I was seen by Dr. Alexander. She seemed very nice, but rushed through my exam. Her assistant had no personality and was not very friendly or tried to make me feel comfortable. I had a mole (growth) on my left temple, which was benign. What happened to the other reviewer below (Marie-Jo) is totally unacceptable. No doctor should ever prescribe ANY medication without actually knowing what the condition is. That is a misdiagnose. The doctor should have done a biopsy. Very unprofessional. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will probably visit again next year for check-up.

Went to see Beth Mitchell for a second opinion on red spots on my legs. after a very quick look, she prescribed a very expensive cream for pre-cancer cells and told me to come back after applying the cream for 2 weeks. I went to get my physical with my GP who told me she didn't think it was skin cancer and advised me to go see another skin specialist, I did, and after doing a biopsy of one of the red spots, it turned out that it was not at all cancer cell .. They are refusing to refund me the money I had to pay for that cream, I am told that those things happen !! REALLY !!! Do go to that place.
