Moody Village Car Wash

Don't go here I just went here last Saturday 9/24. Used the automatic system did not was my car. Metal machine scratched my passenger door. I have attempted to call and can't get through. I have 400 worth of damage per my mechanic. Avoid this place !

I would avoid this place unless you simply cannot resist being mistreated. Neither my spouse or I ever saw the red light to stop come on - - - it really never came on - - - and as a result we were forced to stop while the green light was on. The deranged cleaning mechanism soon began massaging our car with its metal arms, doing some damage to our doors. OK, these things happen, and not only in a Stephen King novel. Still, the operator/owner/staff were so unaccommodating, stating we were either "wrong" or worse, to us, "lying" about the red light never coming on. Again, we remain certain the light never came on. Still at this place, the customer is always wrong, or a liar, it seems. No effort to compensate for the damage has ever been offered. We will go elsewhere and/or pray for rain.
