        These are great aparments for single people, single parents, retirees, and great for low income families. The rent is based on your monthly/yearly income. There is a nice play ground and large yards for young children to play. Each apartment building has 1 washer and 1 dryer to be shared between 8 apartments. There are a total of 5 buildings, and there are 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.
