Kunz Floral

I have never been treated so rudely by a business establishment. I live in Idaho, and was calling to order flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. I found Kunz by doing a Google search on my phone, and went down the list until I could get an answer. Kunz was #4 on the list. When the woman who answered learned they were the 4th place I called, she told me that she would not be able to help me, and that I had "hurt her feelings". (The woman's name was Candy,) and at first I thought she was joking, but she was not. I told her that I live in another state, and that I found them based on a Google search, and she repeated that she would not help me and that her feelings were hurt that they were my 4th choice. She was yelling at me and became completely unhinged before she hung up on me. I find this utterly absurd, and would encourage anyone thinking of doing business with them to research other florists first.

We have been a satisfied customer of Kunz Floral for years and would highly recommend them. Their flowers are fresh and beautifully arranged and have found this business to be very helpful, courteous and professional. We have received pictures from friends and family to thank us for the beautiful arrangements. We would give them a 5-star rating!
