Old Navy

I purchased a pair of dark washed skinny jeans from this store about a month ago. I washed them a couple of times to make sure all the extra dye was out and wouldn't transfer on to my other clothes. After the 5th or 6th time washing them, I wore them with my brand new Coach purse and the dye transferred and totally destroyed my new purse. I went in to the store to see if I can EXCHANGE them for a different color. It had to be defected or something. I have purchased many dark jeans and never had them bleed dye this bad before. The manager was rude and said that they couldn't PROVE that it was this pair of jeans that ruined my purse! Are you kidding me?! What kind of customer service is that?! She said they couldn't do anything about it , since its been worn and washed. I left and called the Old Navy customer service phone number and told them my situation, and they sincerely apologized and are sending me a pre-paid label to exchange them and also to refund my Coach purse. I will never shop at this Old Navy store again. They are not very customer service friendly!
