I had a great experience visiting Kool Smiles yesterday. It was a nice and friendly enviroment. The girls in the front, Stephanie and Melissa greeted me with a nice, warm smile. They made me feel right at home and were very helpful with my forms. Joe took me right in for my xrays...he was efficient with his time...fast and exceptional customer care was delivered by him.. hygenist Monica was very attentive and took her time cleaning my teeth and making sure i keep my smile nice and healthy. Well as you can see the whole staff all around in the Weslaco location was amazing at what they do. Thank you Kool Smiles for a nice healthy smile ����

Really fast and nice staff, they answered all my questions everyone is really professional love how the office is clean and they always make me feel comfortable everytime i go.

I really enjoyed my experience at this dental office! The girls in the front were extremely welcoming and informative with any questions or concern I had. Once in the back my kids felt very comfortable with the staff and it was nice that they had things to entertain my children while they waited to be seen by the doctor. Afterwards my children took pictures with a nice background they had decorated with props they had available. I would recommend this dental office to everyone!!!!!!

Love the community involvement from KS! They always participate and have so much fun with the kids! Big plus is the way they educate both the parents and kids on how to brush and floss. Fun presentation!
