West Bend Terrace Apartments

Location of apts is great; apt amenities are suitable. I'm only giving 2 stars though; I have a non-smoking family; and our entire complex is filled with smokers. Every single one of our neighbors smoke These apts are not built to block the second hand smoke, so all day we are inhaling everyones second hand smoke that leaks in the doors, the windows..everywhere. We can't get away from it. Extremely disappointed that upon visiting it wasn't brought to our attention. I most certainly would NOT have signed a lease knowing I was going to get lung cancer and have to deal with elevated allergy issues.
