Overall

as a long time patron of this ...

as a long time patron of this location and their others, i have noticed a big drop in quality of the bagels. in addition today, I purchased 6 bagels that were neither hot nor fresh, I do admit it was late in the afternoon, but these bagels seemed (and I think I know better) to be more than a day old. very stale, hard and crusty. very disappointed hope they go back to better baking.
