The guys lifted my truck off a 4x4 trail up the canyon. Great guys and great service great price. And they are going to fix my bumper trim.

Very Un Profesional. I came in and said my check engine light came on and he cracked a joke saying that usually means something is wrong. I left my car there for 2 days to finally get a call saying nothing is wrong then to get a call saying that the power steering hose is bad and needs a new battery and with ought giving me a quote or anything. He never called and said what he was going to to With the car. I go to pick it up and have a bill of $550 and the hose still leaks and the oil light still comes on. The customer service and the quality of work I would rather take my chances with jiffy lube. There is a big puddle in my driveway and when I called him he said that is just run off from changing the hose. Which I get there may be a little run off but not a and 4 foot puddle. Now I can't enjoy my holiday because of a fear that my car may break down

Very rude, horrible customer service, made jokes at my expense, was ignored by receptionist for 10 minutes after I walked in the door ( I'm the only customer there at the time ) and when she did get around to doing her job I was greeted with "what do you want?" I tried to go get my property out of my car that had just been wrecked and towed. I was refused entry into my own car because I was not the registered owner ( my husband is ) I had to bring a copy of the bill of sale with my name on it and call the officer who found our car crashed into the barricade up the canyon and have him tell them they NEEDED to release my property to me. It was only after I got the officer involved that I was allowed to get my stuff out of my car. I was not treated with any respect or professionalism, the receptionist was very short and degrading in how she spoke to me. I will not ever go back to them

A few years ago, I took my Mazda truck to Dewaal for repair. When I picked it up, there was a crack in the windshield, big enough to require replacement before I could get it inspected. Even after a Better Business Bureau complaint, Dewaal would do nothing to make it right. I have a friend and neighbor who made the mistake of paying Dewaal for a replacement part. The part was never received or installed.
