Their food is good, except they just took all of their main food away and now they are just another pizza shop. Stop being cheap and bring back your food. I won't come back unless that happens. Why bother going to a pizza shop that we have 100 of?

POSITIVES: Offers tasty food choices in smoke free atmosphere; bathrooms appear cleaned routinely; service mostly swift and hot food is delivered hot. Cold dishes seem to be kept refrigerated. Staff are friendly and knowledable about most menu items.



NEGATIVES: (1) Staff ALWAYS observed carelessly wrapping silverware in napkins by handling utensils in such a way as to contaminate food contact surfaces; some person often expected to answer telephone and operate cash register betweeen wrapping silverware; (2) dirty plates often removed from vacant tables by same person who then is immediately seen serving new food to other customers;(3) twice observed waitress picking dropped menus off dirty floor and returning them to main menu container without first cleaning; (4) most servers when they do not use serving tray habitually handle drinking glasses carelessly by contaminating lip surfaces with fingers forgetting that not everyone likes to drink through a straw; (5) ALWAYS observe youthfull female servers playing with their hair,before and after serving food; (6) salads often have old brown tinged lettuce toward bottom of salad bowl; (6) Regardless of which manager is on duty--none ever seem to pay much attention to what is happening and often contribute to poor hygiene practices themselves.
