Spent 45 min waiting for food and the waiter was a total ( insert 4 letter word of choice)

Poor service from wait staff, bartenders and management from an otherwise nice facility that has good food. Too loud during dinner to even talk with people across from you. Needs some acoustical tile work or something.

Sushi was great. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are all very nice.

Husband and I sat at sushi bar since there were no tables available on Friday evening at 6:45pm. It was pleasant but definitely felt crowded. Our waitress was hightly attentive and explained the menu thoroughly. We ordered appetizers and sushi and rolls and it was all great. Food came timely but not too fast or too long a wait. Didn't think the martini drinks were as good as other places like Teikoku. Felt there was a mixture of both young and middle aged patrons.
