        We create great tasting breads by using old French and World methods. Our breads are fermented slowly using starters unique to each bread variety. This allows the loaves to develop their earthy characteristics. We bake all our breads from scratch to ensure you the freshest bread possible. We bake all our breads from scratch every day to ensure the freshest bread possible. Our breads are the pride of our bakers and are created for you with your enjoyment in mind. NOTE: We must go back to France to renew our visas. We will be closed from Sunday June 30 3pm, hoping to reopen on Thursday August 1, 7:30am.
