We've had these weird bugs on the front of the house that will not go away. They were gone within 15 mins. Our service guy was fast, very polite, and friendly. I wasn't inconvenienced or bothered at all. I love it. Mauricio J was our service guy.

Matt came this morning to treat the outside of my house for the program that I purchased. The contract cost was very competitive to all of the other companies who canvassed my home and they use environmentally safe treatments (a key factor for me). I mentioned to Matt that we had ants in the house and he told me he would care for it immediately. He treated cracks with a toxic food for the ants, but safe for many cats. He said to call back in 7 days for him to retreat if the ants aren't gone then seal the crack or under the door.

The Aptive folks are always friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Love this company.
