I've been their customer for few years but always felt flaky about this company, because they never returned the phone calls if you have questions. They showed up whenever they wanted to. It was snowing heavily today, they didn't show up for the snow removal at all. When I called and left messages before and after the snow, they simply ignored the calls and, as usual, by not responding. I've been having severe back problems and could do the removal myself. It was very thankful that my 2 neighbour's boys came to help. I know it's time to shop for someone who's responsible and professional for the business.
