Bought a groupon for this place! Thought it was a good deal! Good deal, BAD service. First off the girl practically took the side of my toe off during my pedicure! Just hope I don't get a fleash eating bacteria! Then she was talking soooo much junk about he boss it was crazy! She decided she wanted to do my manicure at the pedicure station and had me sitting all crazy and uncomfortable. NOW not even 48 hours later my manicure is chipping off. now I have not done ANYTHING to warrent it coming off so soon! Only thing good I can say about this place is that it did not look like a dive. nice interior DO NOT GO HERE!.........................................................One month later my toe still hurts! making a BBB report today!!!!!!!!

It was a horrible exerience! She took me into a room with a child laying on the chair/table that is supposed to be for the client. She gave no explanation and pointed to this small child-size fold-up chair where there was no lighting. She positioned my head against the wall and started scissoring my eyebrows!!! I said I wanted an eyebrow WAX, not an eyebrow CUT!. She ruined my erebrows and I will not to back. Spread the word, this place needs to be shut down.

My sister & I got gel mani's & a pedi 6 days ago. The days after, my sisters nails were ruined & as of today...almost all ten of mine are as well. We waited FOREVER & I'm so mad that after all that time & money, we got crappy service and an even worse finished product. DO NOT go here. I'll never set foot in this place again. 1 star is too many, but I had to put in something.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!!! I had my armpits waxed and she tried to shave them?! also her mother walked in without knocking!! I was planning on getting a brazilian but after what I saw I ran out. Also, it is way over priced for the crappy job they do and for how long they keep you waiting.

Do not go to this salon! I went there to simply have the gel polish removed from my nails before traveling, and they did a half way job... the lighting in this place is so dim you can't see that they don't completely do the job. I had to come home and use a nail file to remove the remaining gel polish from my nails so there would not be a visable line on each nail. I saw a lady getting a pedi here while I was there... and she was continually telling the technician "that really hurts." I would pay a little more and go somewhere else.
