        As an employee of Image Ink, I would like to state that we take pride in our customer service. Although we cannot please everyone, we take extreme efforts to handle each customer with the same care regardless of the size or difficulty of their order. Please give us a chance to change the way you look at screen printing and embroidery!

        If you want to be valued as a customer, look elsewhere.

        I have had really horrible experiences with this company. Their employees can be incredibly rude and their business is run very inefficiently. They wait until the last minute to process your designs, then call you and make it seem like your fault that you can't get to a computer in the next 30 minutes to confirm their late artwork. They've gotten cocky about how much their business has grown, so they don't care about their customers anymore. If you don't buy a few thousand shirts from them, consider yourself chopped liver in their eyes.



        Look at their other reviews on google, I'm not the only one apparently.
