Kleen Kare Cleaners

This business is located directly adjacent to my pediatricians office. Behind this cleaners is a vacant office strio. In the rainy day today, I parked infront of the vacant office building, unloaded my 2 year old, and began crossing the parking lot to my pediatricians office (their lot was full). The woman workingthe cleaners was out side and yelled across the lot for me that I could not park there. Now, they have a lot that is 95% empty in front of their building as well as 4 ot 5 free spaces along the side. They also have a drive thru. I asked if she was going to tow me and she snottily responds Maybe. So I have to walk my two yearold back to car, reload her in seat, and drive around until a space opens in the pediatrician lot. I will never set foot in a business that treats ppl that way.

Customer service is terrible at this place. The old lady at the counter is always flustered and down right rude. They promise same day service with clothes that are brought in before 10am...DO NOT trust this!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I should have kown better not use a cleaner that cannot spell Clean and Care.

This dry cleaners is the worst in Columbia. I dropped some clothes off for simple cleaning, and they came back with spots, the creases and ruffles were all messed up and part of my dress was missing, After months of visits to the store, my part of my dress was never found and the management did nothing about it. I called and left 5 messages with the daughter of the owner, Miranda Hollingsworth, and she never once returned my call. I also sent my clothes back and they came back exactly as I left them. I don't even think they sent them to be cleaned.DO NOT TRUST YOUR NICE CLOTHES IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE. And they won't even own up to the wrongdoing by returning a simple phone call.
