I have found that this annual contract was the best investment I have made. Initially I hired this company to repair a defective part in my three year old system. Mr. Johnson researched the product and found it was under warranty and would be replacedfree of parts charges. I only had to pay labor. Upon ultimate satisfaction fo the repair I signed an annual service contract with the company. The technician is highly knowledgeable and meticulous in his approch to maintenance and repair. The work he does during an annual service goes beyond any service by other companies I have dealt with before. He completely disassembled the outside unit, washed, vacummed and checked for any mechanical deficiencies that could have been occuring. He then serviced the in attice system, completely removing the blower system for cleaning, while also cleaning the referigerant coils and heating element. We had several different heating and air condition companies and numerous visits to our home to correctly regulate our unit. We were told of different problems time after time and none of the solutions worked. After throwing good money after bad money, Ron Johnson of American Heating and Air Conditioning serviced our unit. Mr. Johnson finally fixed our problem. He exceeded our expectations with being professional, ON TIME, and very thorough. He did an excellent job and I would refer him to anyone.

We have lived in our home for over 10years and had service contracts with several companies over the years. We had American Heating & Air out to service our units and he actually entered the unit to clean it. In all the years, other companies had been in and out quickly without doing a comprehensive service. The serviceman was clean and extremely knowledgeable. Our upstairs unit had never functioned properly, so we ended up replacing the unit. The price was great and our upstairs is finally cool for the first time in 10 years! One of our problems was the duct work throughout the house was poorly installed with kinks and areas for water accumulation. We wonder why all the other companies had never mentioned the poor duct work when servicing our unit. American Heating and Air reworked our ductwork throughout the house for a very reasonable cost and it has made a tremendous difference in our electric bill and our comfort level.
