Dr. Gallegos attended undergraduate school at George Mason University, receiving a B.S. in Psychology. He received his M.A. in counseling from Marymount University and a Psy.D. (Doctor of Psychology) from the American School of Professional Psychology, Washington D.C. Dr. Gallegos is on staff at Hartford Hospital and Community Mental Health Center in New Haven where he conducts psychological evaluations and provides behavioral consultation. He also provides consultation to other State agencies including the Office of Court Evaluations, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Department of Developmental Services and Department of Children and Families as well as private non-profit mental health agencies.
