We also offer international and domestic health certificates for pets traveling or relocating and Senior and Military Discounts.         Overall

        Dr Hiebert has been my vet for 15+ years. His office is spotless and doesn't smell like other vet offices in the area. The staff are friendly and appointments are easy to get as the office is open 24 hours. For the care. They are so kind and gentle with my animals. When I had to put two furry family members down due to cancer, they were so compassionate and put me in a room away from the others to say my last goodbyes without being rushed. A+

        Overall

        VCA has taken care of my pets in emergencies since 2008. They can generally get you in fairly quickly and are good at communicating with parents. The location is a little tough to find and parking is limited.

        RUN, DON"T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

        I could go into long stories about my own and many of my neighbors horror stories about this place. It brings up too many bad memories. Please just trust that I write this to inform other pet owners there are many other pet hospitals around that you do not need to go here. If your looking for something close, drive a few miles farther to get proper care, is'nt your pet worth it? Many other clinics/hospitals will share there own problems they have dealt with concerning TLC (West Hollywood) and there own clients stories. In short there are too many other vets out there , why take the chance.
