I had an opportunity to meet with Tara Davisson of Jenkins Davisson, LLC to discuss future property management. I have come to learn that Tara's company is different then other management companies in that she is able to offer very flexible terms and services to meet most anyone's property management needs. She can even meet with clients who wish to manage their own properties to help them set up the venture properly. On one side, Tara can review agreements, screen applicants, and find tenants and the owner can collect the rent and take care of the maintenance, or she can do it all and truly manage the property. One of the services she offers is itemizing and prioritizing future expenses. She can even set up an escrow account to save for the upcoming large expenses such as a new roof, if that is what the owner needs. If you currently have your property with a company that is not very reliable, then Tara can help you get the property back into shape, getting in quality tenants at rents that are appropriate for a nicely maintained building. I was impressed with Tara's knowledge, professionalism and her friendly disposition. Tara is a a great asset to anyone who uses her services.

As a rental property owner, I appreciate how Tara and the team at Jenkins Davisson Property Management are so friendly! They treat you like family and will do whatever it takes to keep things working as the landlord; they take care of emergencies at the blink of an eye no matter when…even in the middle of the night! Tara and her team makes sure they know what their client needs and priorities in order to give personalized service; they give suggestions to keep properties updated and attractive. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy! It’s a great relief knowing they are taking care of all of the headaches with owning property; they also find tenants and provide leasing services. Their prices are very reasonable and it’s a huge load off my shoulders! When we buy another property I will contact Tara before the ink has dried to manage our property!

I just met with Tara today to discuss hiring her for property management. I also wanted to get some general advice on what to look for when purchasing an investment property with the plan to use it as a rental. She gave me so much to think about and really helped point me in the right direction. She was warm, knowledgeable, and very enthusiastic about what she does. For the level of service she provides, her fee is quite reasonable. I could tell that she would be able to help me find (and keep) the right renters for my property. She has a great combination of people skills and professionalism. So grateful to have found her and excited to move forward when the time is right!

This organization is locally owned and operated and I like that. They treat you like their only client and that is hard to find. I also really like that they are willing to customize some when the situation warrants it. No "one size fits all' plan for property owners and that is great for someone who doesn't own dozens of properties. Oh yeah and they are very competitive in price! Who doesn't like that. No more late night calls from tenants asking for the plumbing to be fixed. The team takes care of all of that!!! and...the property rental rate is awesome. Now it's empty ....now it's rented. Yippee!!
