Belden's Florist & Greenhouses

My sister and I spent $263 on an FTD bouquet for our Mother. The most we have ever spent on a floral arrangement. When we attempted to use a 20% off FTD coupon, it would not work off the website. I called Belden's the next morning to ask about the 20%off discount and she explained that came from FTD, not Beldens. I did not understand because I ordered an FTD bouquet. She was very curt, argumentative and rude. She would not honor even 10%off or even a $20 complimentary delivery fee. I explained that I'm surprised because she has 5 star reviews and at $263 she should provide better customer service. She brashly said, she refused to be blackmailed by me. Seriously???? Also, The bouquet did not look exactly like the photo. Buyer Beware.

Armina the owner of Belden s florist provided the flowers for my wedding last weekend. (9-8-12) I was introduced to her by the coordinator from the DeSantis Chapel. I am so glad I was. Armina understood exactly what I wanted and made my dream wedding come true. All the arrangements were elegant and simple, but her creativity and hard work were ever present. She was a delight to work with and reasonable to boot! Would definitely recommend her to any bride or anyone wanting a beautiful story told in flowers. Love you Armina! Carol & Bernie
