LUX Auto Spa

Went for a FS Lux Wash. I didn't even make it home before I noticed only half of the interior was cleaned.

I returned & spoke to a condescending manager. He wiped down the other half of the steering wheel & the other half of the seats.

I went home. 3 hours later, upon leaving, there was bug debris & still 2 sections of the dash that wasn't wiped.

I went back. I spoke to a different manager who was willing to wash it. As I was thanking him, the angry mngr came over. With an attitude, he took it & wiped it down.

He returned the car & argued it was from me driving around. I tried to explain I hadn't been. Another man walked over & talked to the angry mngr. This new man came over, claiming that I was there all day, expecting free services. He told me to "get the f*%# off his property." I sat with the door open, left foot was the door jam, as he started to forcibly shut the door on me, 3 times. Then I left, considering filing a report of assault.
