Shaktel Enterprises inc./BP Gas Station

I was at this station yesterday, June 29th, 2008. I was appalled when a woman and her kids were yelled at and cursed at by the manager. A woman was with her kids, who got drinks and several bags of chips and place them on the counter. When the manager rang up the items it was about 18 dollars. The mother told her kids she wasn't going to spend $18 for that stuff and that she had told them they could only get drinks. The manager started yelling and complaining. The mother told her kids to go put the chips back and just get the drinks. The manager continued to yell and spew obscenities and call them horrible names. I couldn't believe that people could be treated so badly! I will never do business there again.
