        Nice place

        I have been living at Waverly for 2 1/2 years now and I am very happy. The community is always kept very nice. The staff take and most residents take pride in the community. I always see the staff picking trash up off the ground and even some of the kids in the community take notice and help out as well. The office staff is very nice I moved in when the new manager Nadege started and she has been very helpful since day 1. The assistant manager Ericka is great also last year i lost my job and she help me find organizations to help me out with my rent. I rarely have to call maintenance but when I do they always complete the job to my liking and in a timely manner. My overall experience with Waverly has been a pleasure.

        IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NICE PLACE TO LIVE WITH NICE NEIGHBORS, THEN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. ALL YOUR NEIGHBORS ARE ON WELFARE AND ARE VERY LOUD AND DO NOT WATCH THERE KIDS AT ALL. AS FAR AS THE STAFF, THERE IS ONE PERSON WORKING AND THAT IS RAFAEL, ALL THE FEMALES DONT EVER KNOW ANYTHING EVER, THEY SIT IN THE OFFICE WITH THERE THUMBS UP THERE !@# ALL DAY AND DONT DO ANYTHING. ALL THAT IS PROMISED IS A LIE.
