        I am actually sitting in this Subway writing this. With how tight everyone is with money it's not just product or brand names that sell. Customer service should be the most important from all of your staff members. Since you have cameras you would think staff members would be on top of things. Not the last four times in less than a month have I received even reasonable customer service. Not only was I not acknowledged when walking into the store I felt like I was an inconvience to help! I own a service based business, my staff has 5-7 seconds to at least say hi to everyone walking thru the door. Please take a look at this, or have someone mystery shop! You have lost a customer. I am sure I'm not the only one either :-(
