Subway

My coworker went to this subway on Harbor Blvd in West Sac and the woman who made the sandwiches got all 3 of them wrong. Whatever - it happens - no big deal, right? Well they were willing to live with theirs but mine was done the worst so I took it back. I went in nicely with the receipt and expected the usual from fast food which is a corrected order. Well, much to my disbelief the two people behind the counter started YELLING AT ME. They swore that they followed my coworker's directions but I was trying to calmly explain that obviously they didn't because all 3 were done wrong. So they were not going to redo my sandwich because they said she should have come back in herself. I was very upset and just decided to leave and as I turned to walk out the lady said "if you want your sandwich done right then you should come in yourself." So I couldn't help but to reply how ridiculous that was because obviously coworkers often make lunch runs for others. And I told them how ridiculous they were being over a sandwich and that they were yelling at me and attacking me for no reason. And then the lady accused me of insulting her so I said "how have I insulted you? I haven't said one thing about you." She said "well you are basically calling me a liar by saying that I didn't follow her directions." So with that I gave up and just walked out. I have NEVER EVER EVER had that horrible of customer service anywhere even at fast food restaurants. I will most certainly never go there again.
