        1st time renting g from them a few things was wrong the vehicle wasn't ready for my reservation it was not cleaned or vacuumed good found empty water bottles and some papers also rented from Avis and they full the car with gas my vehicle had no gas in it so definitely different but all round the jeep drove really well and the price wasn't that bad for you 11 days...

        We choose West Springfield office because their professional and friendly service. They have worked hard to give us the lowest possible rate. Despite the volume of customers they have always provided prompt and great service! The West Springfield team deserves accolade for great customer service!
